Addition of a mezzanine in the spacious hangar. Upstairs will be an office, downstairs will be a bathroom and workshop. Its pretty disruptive right now but its gonna be great when finished. It will be well insulated, heated & air-conditioned… and well lit! There will be 44 four-foot LED tubes in only 15′ x 30′ of workshop. Many thanks to Tim, Donna, Brandon & Patrick of Topside Construction for the excellent work they have done so far!

The office is ready to move into, furniture is on order. 
The bathroom with shower and an oversize sink is also ready for use.
So is the well lit shop area!

Finally got the air compressor plumbing fully installed and final electrical connections made. Note also the coffee maker. It never fails that even though I can make a fresh cup right in the hangar, it gets cold because I don’t stop working to finish it. No matter, just heat it back up in the microwave oven. Good for heating up a snack too.

Flight instruction, formation briefings and good old fashioned socializing being conducted in the office furnished office.
This strange thing is a decorated imitation propeller. I bought it from an on-line silent auction benefitting Angel Flight. Getting it delivered was an interesting task, getting it hand carried from New Mexico to Boerne by some relatives of the event organizer who happened to be passing through.
